I plan to create tutu and headband sets for dogs, cats, and small animals. These will be done in assorted colors and themes in 4 different sizes.
In order to begin constructing costume sets, I will need tulle, elastic, crochet ribbon, and decorative buttons.
10% of the profits will be donated to the Nebraska Humane Society.
